Mr. Proctor is an active trial attorney with an emphasis in the litigation of personal injury, professional liability, insurance bad faith, construction, and commercial disputes. In his years of practice, he has participated in several trials and has argued cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals with successful outcomes for his clients. Mr. Proctor has successfully resolved numerous cases prior to trial through motions practice and effective settlement negotiations.
Mr. Proctor was selected as a “Colorado Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Proctor joined Levy, Morse & Wheeler, P.C. as an associate in 2002. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California. Mr. Proctor obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California, in 2001, where he received a merit scholarship and an NCAA Post-Graduate Scholarship. He received his undergraduate degree (B.A., History) from Colorado State University in 1998. While at Colorado State University, Mr. Proctor competed on the Track and Field team, served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was selected for membership in Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Mr. Proctor is a member of the Colorado and American Bar Associations and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
