Mr. Brant was admitted to the Colorado State Bar in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in 1997, majoring in Psychology and Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2001, where he was the recipient of the Omaha Law League Scholarship as well as Creighton University Law scholarships for each semester. Additionally, Mr. Brant was a member of the International Moot Court Board as well as the Creighton University Law Review. As an associate staff member of the Law Review, Mr. Brant had an article published, entitled, “The Preclusive Effect of a Prior Challenge to an Administrative Agency’s Statutory Interpretation on Subsequent Tax Litigation in Pittston Co. v. United States.” Mr. Brant’s law school Area of Concentration was Business, Taxation and Commercial Transactions.

Prior to his employment with Levy, Morse & Wheeler, P.C., Mr. Brant was employed as a law clerk at a law firm in Omaha , Nebraska , where he assisted in the firm’s commercial litigation department. Mr. Brant ’s experience includes a semester at the Creighton Legal Clinic where he provided legal representation to low-income Omaha residents as a Senior Certified Practitioner.

Mr. Brant was selected as a “Colorado Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009 and 2010.
